Detailed wildlife and gorilla Uganda Safaris

Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After your early morning breakfast, meet with our company driver guide who will pick you from your hotel of resident in Kampala. Set off for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.  We can opt to enjoy a stopover at equator so as to buy some refreshments, stretch, take photos and tour the tradition crafts and drums hand made at this place. Embark on our journey to Bwindi forest and wonderful home to the endangered mountain gorillas as well as the tremendous fauna and flora. Bwindi forest as well a great ideal for bird watching experience.

After our en route lunch in Mbarara, we will head right away to the gorilla trekking destination for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest and Batwa Exploration

After your early breakfast, get ready with your packed picnic lunch box plus enough drinking water due to the fact that trekking takes some long hours depending on the location of the gorilla family. You will be transferred to the UWA offices for briefing at 7:00 AM where you will be grouped into the groups of 8 people and learn about the dos and dos while trekking. At 8am you will begin your trekking with your allocated ranger guides and trackers into the mist Bwindi forest. Enjoy the thrilling adventure experience as you spend time with these gentle giants, watch them feeding, interact with one another and learn more about the behavioral patterns of life in the journey.

Return to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon enjoy a cultural visit to the Batwa communities and learn more about the lifestyle and behavior of life. You will experience their amazing cultures through the arrange traditional culture dances.

Day 3: Transfer from Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early morning breakfast, depart for queen Elizabeth national park home to a diversity of interesting natural beauties. You will take a drive through the Ishasha Sector famous for its tree climbing lions. You will proceed to the northern side of the park and check in to your booked lodge for dinner and an over night stay.

Accommodation option: budget- Elephant hub lodge, mid-Range-Marafiki safari lodge, luxury Mweya safari lodge.

Day 4: Full Day Exploration of Queen Elizabeth National Park

Enjoy your early morning cup of coffee and warm up to get around the park. Begin a game drive safari with your guiding taking through the kasenyi plains to encounter with a diversity of majestic wildlife such as the lions, elephants, African cape buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes, Uganda Kobs, spotted hyenas, leopards among others. on your game drive, you enjoy bird watching experience since the park hosts over 606 bird species. You will return to the lodge for lunch and relax.

In the after enjoy a boat cruise ride on kazinga channel which will offer you a chance to view more wildlife at the shores such as huge numbers of Elephants, hippos, crocodiles among others and birdlife of different species. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Depart back to Kampala from Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Enjoy a leisure delicious breakfast watching the sun rise in the jungle. You will then check out and depart back to Kampala, enjoy lunch en-route and upon arrival to Kampala, you will be dropped to your hotel of residence in Kampala or Entebbe International airport to catch up with your next Flight to another African destination or get back home.
