True wilderness awaits on this 4 Days Kidepo Wildlife Safari in the northeastern part of Uganda, the most remote national park in the country with totally different features from most of the parks. Kidepo Valley National Park is a perfect place for adventurers that enjoy a silent African jungle. This virgin area that is less visited is the only home to cheetahs in Uganda. Klipspringer, reedbuck, dik-dik, Rothschild giraffe, Burchell’s zebra, striped hyena and lions among others feature the main attraction-ostriches. An indigenous group known as the Karamajong lives close to the park and their unique lifestyle of dress code, social life and cultural dances can’t be missed on such an opportunity. Among the Karamajong people, there is still a small group of the IK people that dwell in the mountains of the region and special tours are made with private guides to their settlement area.
