Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Wake up early for a delicious breakfast, later meet and greet with your safari driver guide and set off your journey to Lake Mburo National Park. Along the way enjoy a wonderful stop over at the Uganda Equator which is the beginning spot point of the Savannah birding safari experience. As you enjoy taking photos and stretching, you have a chance to spot animals like the Wolly-Necked Stork , Ruffaous Bellied Heron, Lilac breasted Roller among others. Upon arrival, check in at your booked lodge in the park for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Bird experience in Lake Mburo National Park
Wake up early to join your booked park ranger guide for a walking safari following the birding trails that exposes you to various birdlife in the park. later return to the Lodge to enjoy a late breakfast and join an afternoon game drive safari allowing to spot more bird species that you missed out on a guided walk in the morning. After the unforgettable experience, return to the lodge to enjoy lunch and later head out for an afternoon boat cruise.
Here you encounter bird species like Black Shouldered, Coqui Francolin, Red Faced Barbet, the Lesser Blue Eared Starling, Red Billed wood Hope, Green capped Eremomela, Giant Kingfisher, bare faced Go-away bird, Black Crown Night Herons among others. After this full day birding experience in the magical Lake Mburo National park drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Morning Game Drive and Departure Back to Kampala
Enjoy a delicious leisure morning breakfast at the lodge later check out and join a morning drive for birding watching adventure experience as you head out of the park. Grab a chance to encounter the Papyrus gonolek bird species. Enjoy lunch en route on your back to Kampala and upon arrival you are transferred at your hotel of residence in Kampala or at Entebbe International Airport to catch up with your scheduled Flight back home or to your next Safari destination.
